What began as a website redesign quickly evolved into a comprehensive brand-building initiative spanning strategy, photography, content creation, UX/UI design, and launch support for the CrossFit Games.

The Opportunity

Pasture Provisions had something many brands spend years trying to build: a meaningful mission, an exceptional product, and a passionate customer base.

The challenge wasn't creating a story—it was telling it more effectively.

As the company expanded its reach, there was an opportunity to better connect customers with the people, practices, and values behind the products. The existing digital experience didn't fully capture the depth of the brand's commitment to regenerative agriculture, nor did it provide a clear path for customers to understand subscriptions, product offerings, and the broader mission.

The goal was to create a brand and digital ecosystem capable of supporting growth while remaining authentic to the company's roots.

Strategic Approach

Rather than treating the engagement as a simple website redesign, we approached it as a complete customer experience initiative.

The process began with understanding the customer journey—from initial discovery and education to subscription and repeat purchase. Through stakeholder conversations, competitive research, content planning, and UX strategy, we identified opportunities to clarify messaging, streamline navigation, and strengthen trust throughout the experience.

This strategic foundation informed every decision that followed, ensuring the work served both the brand's mission and its business goals.

Brand & Content Development

One of the most significant opportunities was creating a more authentic and emotionally engaging visual narrative.

To support this effort, THRU Creative developed a content strategy and directed multiple photography shoots designed to showcase the people, products, and values behind the brand. From ranch environments and product photography to lifestyle moments, delivery experiences, meal preparation, and team portraits, every asset was created to help customers better understand where their food comes from and why it matters.

The resulting content library became a foundational marketing resource supporting the website, social media, email campaigns, paid advertising, and future growth initiatives.

Digital Experience

With a stronger strategic and visual foundation in place, we redesigned the website experience to better serve both new and existing customers.

The focus was on creating a clearer path to purchase while helping visitors understand the unique value of regenerative agriculture and premium sourcing. Information architecture was restructured, subscription experiences were simplified, and key customer journeys were redesigned to reduce friction and improve usability.

Wireframes and UX flows were developed across the entire ecosystem, including the homepage, collection pages, product detail pages, subscription journeys, educational content hubs, account management experiences, cart functionality, and checkout.

The final design balanced premium quality with warmth and authenticity, creating a digital experience that felt both elevated and approachable.

CrossFit Games Launch

As Pasture Provisions prepared for increased visibility through its partnership with CrossFit and the CrossFit Games, the brand needed to show up with confidence on a much larger stage.

THRU Creative developed creative assets, photography, campaign concepts, and digital experiences that supported this next phase of growth. The work helped position Pasture Provisions not simply as a food delivery company, but as a brand aligned with performance, health, and a deeper connection to food systems.

This partnership created an opportunity to introduce the brand to a national audience while reinforcing the values that had fueled its growth from the beginning.
